My name is Michelle Trujillo.
I have a loving and supportive husband, Rj and am a mother to two beautiful children. We have 3 dogs and enjoy spending time together hiking, biking and playing soccer. Family is the most important thing in the world.
I am fortunate to have one of life's greatest blessings. As a Nurse Practitioner, I truly enjoy my profession. I started off as a certified nursing assistant and kept learning from there. I am dual certified as a Family and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have 21 years of Nursing experience, with 14 of those as a Nurse Practitioner. I have built my life around caring and compassion. Per Confucius, “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.” We are excited to begin this journey with you and your loved ones!

My Name is Niria Garciduenas.
I have had the privilege of serving our New Mexico community as a Home Health Nurse for over 11 years, specializing in community health. I started my profession as a CNA and soon became a Dialysis technician, while attending nursing school. I have experience in labor
and delivery, Post-partum, nursery, OR and medical surgical nursing.
I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful girls, and a house full of furry friends. I am also a daughter, a sister, and a granddaughter, the list goes on. As a family we enjoy swimming, movie nights, music, exercising, cooking, traveling, and the outdoors. The essence of
family is so important to me, as there is no greater gift in life. I look forward to caring for you as I would
care for one of my own. Life is precious, I am here to help you make it the best it can be!
